Check a download by hand

Compare the output with the SHA-256 column above:

On Linux, sha256sum fullhouse-0.8.0-aarch64-apple-darwin.tar.gz prints the same value. Then unpack it and put fullhouse on your PATH: tar -xzf fullhouse-0.8.0-aarch64-apple-darwin.tar.gz.
