The paid plan is a subscription billed monthly ($12/month) or yearly ($99/year), in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Taxes may be added by Paddle at checkout.
Cancel anytime to stop renewal. You retain access until the end of the current paid period. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase — see our refund policy.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, tax, and invoices, and is the reseller of record for your purchase. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction.
Open-source parts of Fullhouse remain licensed under MIT. The paid plan does not change the MIT license of the open-source app; it covers paid services such as signed builds, updates, and support.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt the service or other users, no circumvention of access controls or license enforcement, and no redistribution of paid-only assets in violation of their terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Lab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the paid plan in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
